Federal regulators are recalling more than 1.5 million Delta cribs following the deaths of two infants. The recall is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission ( CPSC). Also, some 1,600 Phil & Teds Dash Buggy strollers , made in China and imported by Regal Lager, Inc. have been recalled because the frame handle could fail to latch properly and break, posing a fall hazard to small children.
